Being pre-qualified will help you narrow down your search and save you time and avoid falling in love with a home that you do not qualify for. I can connect you with an excellent lender today.  Let's begin your search with accurate expectations. Once you have been pre-qualified I can show you any house you like.
What exactly are you looking for in a home? Here are some  questions to consider: How much do you want to spend? Put down on house? What are your expectations for a monthly payment? When are you planning to move/buy? Do you have pets? Is commuting to work a factor?   Are you looking for a modern kitchen?  Do you already have in your mind what kind of layout you prefer in a home? Does it matter if it comes with or without appliances? How many rooms needed/sqft. Need a Pool?  garage, yard/size, fenced, parking,  boat/RV.. are HOA restrictions an issue? Do you want to be close to the water?  River or ocean? Do you have children, are the schools right you? Which room in the house is most important to you? Are you a gardener?  Moving from out of state?  Do you want one or two stories? If its a condo, what floor do you want or not want?Highest wiling to pay for HOA fee Specific amenities? Remember, as you go through your online search, you do not need to call the number on the house, If I am representing you all you have to do is call me. Once you’ve found the home that’s right for you, I will guide you through the process of making an offer; negotiating the terms of the sale; getting your potential purchase inspected, repaired and appraised; and closing the sale. Remember the golden rules of what not to do when buying a home!
  1. Do not change jobs, become self-employed or quit your job.
  2. Do not buy a car, truck/van/boat (or you may be living in it!)
  3. Do not use charge cards excessively or let your accounts fall behind.
  4. Do not spend money set aside for closing.
  5. Do not omit debts or liabilities from your loan application.
  6. Do not buy furniture.
  7. Do not originate any inquiries into your credit.
  8. Do not make any large deposits without first checking with your loan officer.
  9. Do not change bank accounts.
  10. Do not co-sign a loan for anyone.
  11. Do not fill out a Zillow or other real estate platform ad inquiring about a listing/ property, as your email/number will be shared with many other realtors and you will be likely receive multitudes of unwanted callbacks and emails.
